1.  Consider Resolution No. 2004-184 amending the district zoning classification from “RR-1” Residential Reserve District to “O&I-2” Office and Institutional District on property located at SE 45th Street and SE Croco Road for a proposed mixed-use project known as Rockfire at the Lake East—Commissioner Ensley.

 

2.  Consider Resolution No. 2004-185 amending the district zoning classification from “RR-1” Residential Reserve District to “M-2” Multiple Family Dwelling District on property located at SE 45th Street and SE Croco Road for a proposed mixed-use project known as Rockfire at the Lake East—Commissioner Ensley.

 

3.  Consider Resolution No. 2004-186 amending the district zoning classification from “RR-1” Residential Reserve District to “M-1” Two Family Dwelling District on property located at SE 45th Street and SE Croco Road for a proposed mixed-use project known as Rockfire at the Lake East—Commissioner Ensley.

 

4.  Consider Resolution No. 2004-187 amending the district zoning classification from “RR-1” Residential Reserve District to “M-1a” Limited Multiple Family Dwelling District on property located at SE 45th Street and SE Croco Road for a proposed mixed-use project known as Rockfire at the Lake East—Commissioner Ensley.

 

5.  Consider Resolution No. 2004-188 amending the district zoning classification from “RR-1” Residential Reserve District to “PUD” Planned Unit Development District (“M-1” District use group) on property located at SE 45th Street and SE Croco Road for a proposed mixed-use project known as Rockfire at the Lake East—Commissioner Ensley.

 

6.  Consider Resolution No. 2004-189 amending the district zoning classification from “RR-1” Residential Reserve District to “PUD” Planned Unit Development District (“C-2” District use group) on property located at SE 45th Street and SE Croco Road for a proposed mixed-use project known as Rockfire at the Lake East—Commissioner Ensley.

 

7.  Consider Contract C314-2004 with Rockfire Capital, L.C. binding the developer and subsequent owners within the Rockfire at the Lake East project for compliance with certain development requirements in conjunction with the development of the project.

 

III.              CONSENT AGENDA

 

1.  Consider awarding bid for construction of the Sherwood Park Subdivision No. 7 Street Improvement project and Contract C316-2004 for same.

 

2.  Consider additional expenditure of $20.00 for an APCO membership (cost increased from $60 to $80) for Emergency Communications.

 

3.  Consider acceptance of two temporary construction easements for the SW Wanamaker Road project (37th to 39th Street) and authorization to pay property owner the agreed settlement amount.

 

4.  Receive, for approval by the Board, County Commission Meeting minutes of April 1 and 12, 2004.

 

5.  Acknowledge receipt of the Interim Balance Sheet for the month ended September 30, 2004.
