  1. Consider Contracts C57-2003 through C61-2003 with the City of Topeka for noxious weed control in drainage districts and in the City Parks and with Kansas Wildlife and Parks for noxious weed control in the Green’s Wildlife Area and Shawnee County State Fishing Lake.
