Consider acceptance of a temporary construction easement and a permanent sanitary sewer easement necessary for the construction and maintenance of the pump station and force main connecting Shawnee County Sewer District No. 33 to the City of Topeka sewer system and Contract C23-2003 for the purchase of the easements.
  2. Consider proposal for new procedures for the authorization and administration of projects managed by the Public Works Department.
  1. Consider Contract C24-2003, final loan agreement with the Kansas Dept. of Health and Environment for connection of Shawnee County Sewer District No. 33 into the City of Topeka sewer system.
